MOST COMMON SYMPTOMS WE FIX
- Fuel pump not turning on / running continuously, even after car is shut off, draining battery
- Cranking but no start or hard to start, or vehicle suddenly stalling
- Wipers not working or staying stuck on
- Washer fluid pump (front or rear) not working or staying stuck on
- Horn not working at all or staying stuck on
- Dome lights, not working or stuck on
- Backup lights not working or stuck on
- Door locks not working at all
- One or more doors will lock or unlock, but others won’t
- Headlights not working or intermittently pulsing/flickering
- Low beams- one works, one does not
- Stuck in limp mode (low gear)
The symptoms described above can be caused by other problems on the vehicle. This is your mechanic responsibility to pinpoint the problem to the TIPM. We recommend to perform this TIPM repair procedure because most of these TIPMs has manufacturer defects with listed above symptoms.
We install only original, high quality, brand new NEC/TOKIN relays. We do not install aftermarket or used relays.
Please VERIFY that your fuse box is SIMILAR to the one in the auction photo before sending in for repair.

- Send your TIPM to us with USPS. We recommend USPS priority Flat rate boxes.
- Include a note with your name, contacts and a description of the symptoms/trouble codes your TIPM has.
- Provide the tracking number to us with the Contact Form.
1 YEAR WARRANTY
1 year warranty on repairs made. Warranty void if the TIPM is subject to water/fire damage, collision, improper installation or damage due to electrical problems. Part only warranty – we are not responsible for any labor costs. You pay for shipping to us – we pay for shipping back to you.
