If your issue was misdiagnosed, your problem was not fixed by replacing the part, you ordered the wrong part or changed your mind, you can return it within 15 days for a refund. A 15% restocking fee will apply.
The buyer is responsible to return the part in it’s original condition. The buyer is responsible for any damage in return shipping – pack the item very well and ship back to us with USPS only. Please fill up the return form and put it in the mailing box.
The buyer must return the part he/she ordered from our stock or repaired with us in order to receive the refund. We install our expensive repair kits to our parts and require the part returned to us in order to issue the refund.
