RETURNING YOUR CORE

We send you a remanufactured part from our stock, then you return your old part (the core) to us. We will refund you Core deposit as soon as you return the core to us. Your new part will be covered by our warranty after you return the core to us. 

Please return your core within 15-20 days of purchase. Use the same packaging as we sent you the Part. You pay for return shipping ($15 flat rate). Return address sticker will be included in the package. Include note that you are returning your old Part, your contacts and description of issues your Part has has. Your core must be complete, no missing parts, not damaged, not flooded. Your core must have the same part number as you ordered.

1 YEAR WARRANTY

Warranty void if the item is flooded, damaged or burned. We are not responsible for any labor costs – PART ONLY.

RETURN POLICY

If your issue was misdiagnosed, your problem was not fixed by replacing the Part, you ordered the wrong part, sold the vehicle or changed your mind, you can return it within 15 days for a refund. A 15% restocking fee will apply.
